Pampered Mane is a hair care business that specifically specializes in luxury custom units. Our custom units offer convenience and versatility while protecting your natural hair.

How long will it take for my custom unit?

  • Processing time for custom units is currently 10-15 business days. Business days excludes weekends and holidays!

 Do we sell “ready to ship” units?

  • Ready to ship (on hand units) orders placed before 5pm are available for pick up same day if placed after it is available the following day.
  • PLEASE CONTACT prior to picking up to schedule a pick-up time to assure I’m available.

 Can you make a unit using my own hair?

For provide your own hair units there is a 3-7 business day turnaround or less. 

 Can I get my unit sooner?

SKIP THE LINE! If you want or need your unit before the standard turnaround time you can pay a $50 rush fee to get your unit in advance.

 What is the shipping time when my unit is complete?

The turnaround time for your unit (after the it’s complete) is 2-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail. The standard USPS shipping takes 2-3 business days for domestic shipping and 5-10 for international.

 How can I track my package?

We will provide you with tracking number to monitor the exact location and expected delivery date once your item is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no return or exchange. 

 NOTE:

  • Please be sure before making a purchase for on hand units to thoroughly read the description of the unit that includes the size, hair texture length etc. to assure you are aware of what you are getting and will be satisfied with your purchase.

​When placing a custom order please be sure to include your proper measurement to ensure a proper fit.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

  • ALL orders come with a tracking number. Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address.
  • If you will not be home you can request your package is held at your local post office or you can request to have a signature for delivery to assure it is given to you directly.
