Wig Maintenance is ONLY available for Pampered Mane units.
Maintenance includes wash, deep condition, style, and band replacement (if needed). Does not include closure/frontal replacement (if needed that will be added in separately).
Wig maintenance has a 5-7 business day turnaround from the time the wig is received. Turnaround time could change during busy season or if there is a high volume of orders during the time the wig is received. You will be notified if there is an extended turnaround time when the wig is received.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR PACKAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING Note: We ship with several carriers ie: (Flat rate envelopes/USPS, FedEx, UPS)
WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE! Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package. Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package. Hold package firmly(holding both boxes together) shake to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $15 Flat Shipping Rate, including taxes as well.
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Pampered Mane’s shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
All hair must be in the original state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or no cut wefts (unused). You can exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred unless we are at fault. You can exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued.
Pampered Mane is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Pampered Mane. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
